Mercury’s Wings Theatre Company (MWTC), with the support of the Regional Arts Development Fund, is proud to present a showing of the new work R U Hmlt?

R U Hmlt? is a one-man show consisting of text from the Shakespearean play and original text by MWTC directors James Anderson and Claudine Stephen-Smith. The premise for the piece came from a strong desire to illustrate that in some way – everyone is Hamlet. Claudine has previously directed an award-winning full production of Hamlet with James in the leading role. Both wanted to explore the contemporary relevance of the text and the character more.
